Sand Bar Contractors is a family owned and operated business specializing in the
construction of quality custom homes.  They have been in business for over 30 years
serving their friends and neighbors of the Rockaway peninsula. 

In 1983, Ray Walsh started Sand Bar Contractors, Inc. and began to renovate homes
in Brooklyn and Queens, New York.  Over the next 30 years, he continued to develop
his construction company renovating and building dozens of quality custom homes.  
Currently Sand Bar is engaged in a variety projects in the Rockaways and Long Island.

This father and son team are well known and respected throughout the areas they serve
for their quality workmanship and the timely completion of each home as well as their
success at fostering warm and wonderful customer relationships.  They have developed strong
business relationships with local architects, interior designers, and a variety of
other professionals.  Together they have formed a cohesive team with a solid ability to
meet the individual needs of each and every customer.

styles and in a wide range of prices.  The homes are affordable, innovative and customized.
